1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all states and territories within all EU member states. We also ship to select non-EU European countries.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order:
- Orders over €500 EUR: FREE standard shipping Europe-wide
- Orders under €500 EUR: Flat rate of €29.95 for standard shipping
- Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee
- Remote locations: Additional surcharges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium): 3-7 business days
- Eastern Europe: 5-10 business days
- Remote locations: 7-14 business days
- Express delivery: 1-3 business days (metro areas)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the relevant carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Large or Heavy Items
Some products (such as bull bars, roof racks, and drawer systems) may require freight delivery. For oversized items, delivery will be to the nearest accessible point. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and assist with unloading if necessary.
