1. EU Consumer Rights Directive

Our returns and refund policy operates in addition to your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for change of mind returns

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or fault to assist with processing your claim.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change of mind returns)

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Warranty

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve your claim.
